zx2 rough idle vibration

has anyone had any luck in getting the rough idle /vibration at idle corrected. there was a tsb out and the dealer replaced the 3rd engine mount and elongated the belly pan bolts but its still there it is at idle and the steering wheel shakes and its just damm annoying.
the engine seems like it runs fine and it has plenty of power. when you put it in neutral it goes away and when you put it in reverse it seems to get better but drive is a killer. is this a common problem and is there anything to make it better .
the car has 8,400 miles on it and my wife is driving me nuts about this.
this is my first post and i would appriciate any help here

The idle on my 99 zx2 was very rough. I recently upgraded the spark plug wires--a highly recommended movement for any zx2ner out there. The idle isn't completely fixed. Sure, there is a slight shake but the difference is definitly noticable. Being that your car has so few miles on it, this might not do a lot. But I know I should have done this sooner.

Well i found out thru just driving the car that in warmer weather the rough idle is not as bad asi think the motor mounts get a little softer and it absorbs the engine vibration there is a tsb out this problem and it involves slotting the belly pan bolt holes and installing a ner #3 motor mount bracket this involves all 2002 escorts

I noticed from experience that zetec engines can get condensation in the spark plug housing and makes for a rough idle. Ford tecs say not to spray the top engine where the guard is , espeacially on older models.
