Ok, there's somthing wrong with me, I've had the net sence I was way to young and I consider myself a pretty damn proficient surfer, but I can't find any straight up specs on an R32 GTSt. I've found basic stuff but I'm looking for skidpan work, 0-60 (or 100 you metric ppl) avg 1/4 mile times for stock cars on stock tires. Sooo, if any one can point me toa good review or knows the figures, help please. Oh yea, and I'm interested in the ones after they got the ball bearing turbos uppin stock kw to 160kw.
Thanks guys,
Matt

Mat the basic R32 GTS-t comes in at an acclaimed 164kw at the motor. They all utilize a ball bearing ceramic turbo which spools quickly but is also weak. They will shit themselves if pushed to the 14.6 psi limit.
The 256cc injectors are small but will produce quite a bit of other mods are done in the right order. I managed to get 170kwn at the wheels reliably out of my GTS-t with the factory ECU and injectors but had heaps of ther fueling and turbo mods done to accomplish this.
Figures on our local drag strip which is pretty slippery at around 15.1 being a good number at around 96mph. I managed a 15.01 @ 96.8 mph with a completely stock GTS-t manual coupe. This was done on P205/55/16's and the tyres were not the best for drag racing but general purpose street tyres.
I never did a 0-60 run but would guess around the 6.5 mark The car is pretty heavy weighing in at nearly 3,000 US lbs.

Thats for sure, I donno though... I'm not 100% on buying it yet. Just donno if its what I want. Thinking about trying to find an R33 Gtst with a little less mods. I'd kinda like to know that what makes my car nice I did to it, with my own money and my own blood sweat and tears if ya know what I mean. Not to mention it sounds to good to be true, I mean common, that car, for 5,840 USD?

some would say that that car would be classed as expensive (not saying it is though) but you can find then cheaper - If your lucky

Wow, thats amazing that any one would call that expensive(Well, never mind, its expensive to me 'cause I don't have 5k, but ya know what I mean). Here in the US, I'd be lucky to find a car for 5,800 USD that would run a 17 400m! I mean, old V8 Pickup trucks are like 8,000USD! I guess that exchange rate plays into my hands.

If you look around you would find something in your price range. I am sure there will be some cheaper priced R33 GST25t's by then also.

Also just so you know, that car started out its life as a GTS, not a GST-t.
Sorry but I think people need to know everything about cars they are thinking of purchasing.

Rudy has poured a heap of money into that car. Full 5 stud conversion, LSD conversion, the works. Basiclly he built a GTS-t out of an N/A GTS.

He said he spent like 20k on mods. Its a shame he has to sell it so low.

You never get out of your car what you put into it as far as money wise. I have not heard what he is selling it at , but I doubt he has put $20,000 into it! I know Rudy better than that.

He told me 14k NZD. He also said he could take that down a little by putting some of the original bits back on.

da car started its life as a GTE/GTS i believe but when i bought it off my friend who imported it from Japan it's already got a turbo engine n everything in it. and yess it's basically a GTSt now with all the LSD etc etc..
da cost i mentioned in there may sounds expensive, but if you do it properly like i did, it might cost ya more than dat. im sure u know how expensive to build a properly done engine (too bad im not so lucky like you vince, as a sponsor liason, getting big discount from everywhere, im so jealousss... =P )
and dont forget dat most of da money i spend was for the labour for custom made parts, tuning, etc etc... asked robyn and hoppy how often i used to visit him n get my car tuned in a week n how much money i spent each tuning session..
u can also cross check with damian, he knows how much money i have spent since he starts working on my car.. eventhough he's given me good hourly rate..
rememba, i built this car from scratch.. even the engine, coz the engine dat came from japan was the red top rb20det engine n i put the silvertop engine myself.. got it n done by hoppy..
it's got fresh new engine now.. last time the engine expired bcoz 1 plugs, da end-tip got broken n jammed 1 piston. it didnt blow any pistons, i can show u da old block. it just dented em and da debri stuck in one of da piston n jammed it..
and no, i wont hide anything from any buyer.
but again.. this should make da most powerful GTE/GTS then =)
i hope dat clears things out..

Dont plug tips get broken cos of detonation?
Er.. and Rudy has spend a shitload on his T. Just look at the bits on it. Er.. granted it would have been a bit cheaper if he had started with say a GTS4 hehehe :)
Btw, Ruds, I heard that you just bought a GTS4.. correct?

not sure bout dat plug-tip.. this is actually da 1st time i ever got problem like dat.. it could be a detonation.. but i know for sure dat i regap da denso plugs to 0.6mm so i could run more boost without missfiring at hig revs..
yess.. got myself a '4'.. but im gonna keep std.. for my daily driver car
=)
was gonna get myself an "R" but im not crazy enuff to put myself in big debt for long time, so i decided it's not worth doing... im sure i could have one in da future somehow.. but for meanwhile a "4" is enuff for me..
da car just need a clutch at the mo.. totally fried ! =(
and thank you for backing me up azlan.. =)
