I Cannot Find The Idle Screw!

On my 93 Honda EX...I've looked all over the throttle body and everywhere..i cannot find it!

I need to tighten it to bring my idle down..

There's a lot of hoses that my car is missing in that pic. Mine had a rubber piece on it when I first got it, that might be the problem too.
