Tire/Wheel Shop in Orange County...?

Any reputable tire installation place in Orange County? I don't know who to trust to install new tires on my RH C2's. I contacted Wheel Warehouse in Anaheim, but the sales rep told me that they do not mount/balance tires if the tires are not bought them.

Any experiences with Discount Tires/America Tires?
