I've seen your site and the pictures. All that snow! Ye gods... it must be cold there!
In Japan, that model 929 that you have, was sold on the Japanese Domestic Market, as a Mazda Luce.
Available in Japan, was the 3.0 litre V6 SOHC engine...(like yours), 3.0 litre V6 DOHC (GT Limited), 3.0 litre V6 SOHC Turbo and the 13B Rotary. I think there were some lesser engines available too (2.5 litre V6?).
A friend of mine has a V6 Turbo (which really goes!) and another has a V6 DOHC.
I have a recent (now just over two years old) HEEA Sentia Exclusive SE (which I imported from Japan), with all the factory options. It's a big wafty tank which soaks up the kilometers...
The 929/Sentia died in all markets other than Japanese Domestic in October 1995... but in Japan, they got a new model Sentia (The HEEA) which was in production there from 10/1995 to 2002. They aren't that common though, even in Japan.
The cost of spare parts for these things, is absolutely outrageous though!
