1997 Front end swap with 98-03

Hello there, I was just curious to see how difficult it would be to swap my 97 sonoma front end out with a 98-03 sonoma front end. What parts would i need? has this been done before? can anyone lead me in the right direction? thanks abunch!!!!

I did this on a 1995 S10. You have to replace the following: Radiator support, headlights, grill, and front bumper, and you have to slightly modify a wiring harness. It's not too bad, and not all that costly considering the gain you get in good looks.
