98 civic hb

i have a 98 civic dx hb, but need more power!! It is all stock....where should i start???

swap it out if you want some decent power with potential just swap it out. other wise just bolt ons intake header exhaust cam cam gear. ecu maybe mini me conversion

what kind of engine do you recommend? not sure if i want to go that route, but just in case. As for bolt ons, any good quality companies i should go with? i see a bunch of stuff on ebay, but i don't want anything "cheesy". I've been a car audio guy for years, and i'm just getting into the tuner scene....... thanks

if you want a cheap swap that will give you some bower b18a or b would be good (integra ls) but i would go b18c
or even b16

what is a good price for a b18c swap? I live in northern california, central valley. i hear you should do a tranny swap at the same time. What do you guys think?
