100% in gran turismo 3

I have all gold in beginner, amatuer, and profesional league. I got first in all the single races in arcade mode. I got first in all the time trials except for the last complex string one in arcade mode. However i have 3rd in that one and i am working on first. I also have all the licenses done. My problem is that the game will not go above 99.0%. Someone PLEASE help!! I have been working for so long and i need to see 100%.

when releasing the game, polyphony left out a certain part (drag racing) of the game making it impossible to reach 100%

you dont need all gold, just a pass

i think the best you get is like 99.4% it is true that one part of the game went unfinished so thats why the lack of a the 100%, but be proud that you got that much done. im only at like 92%

I saw a screen shot on ign.com that showed it at 100% but i can't figure out what i am missing. I still think it is possible. I also heard that the race they took out was in gran turismo 2 not 3. Also I have read stuff about people reaching 100%. Anyone else got any idea's?

Hi,

To get 100% you must:
Pass all license tests with Bronze or better.
Get gold (1st) place in all events and all championships.
Set fast time in all time trials.
Unlock and win all races in 'HARD' level in Arcade mode.

There are no glitches or technical problems with getting 100%.

The counter will stop at 99% and wait until you finish the requirements, then it will update and read 100%.

There is no truth to any rumors of a mysterious glitch in GT3.

It's not true that part of the game is unfinished in GT3. You will achieve 100% when you finish all requirements. See elsewhere on this site for the requirements. The game will show only 99% until you finish the requirements, then it updates directly to 100%.

Is this true for all versions of the game? (Pal/NTSC)

i have gold in every thing in the races, beginner, ameteur and professional. but you have to complete all the individual races, not just the serieses. like if you do the first 8 races then quit the rest, and still win, those missed races count as %. i have all liscenses at least bronze, all time trials at least bronze, and arcade mode all golds. the only thing i dint do was the last cote dazur race in the formula gt. i was doing the time trials trying to get golds for a loong time, and it wasnt moving more than 99%, but then when i did cote dazur it jumped to 100. IT IS POSSIBLE!!!!!
