Cats

They're a total fucking waste of space. They serve no purpose except to amuse their owners. And they fight and howl at all hours of the day and night.

I'm laying a new driveway this week.Last week I had four cubic metres of sand delivered to rake out as a base for the pavers.Already it stinks like a public toilet and is full of cat turds.

Pet ownership is a responsibility. If a dog came into my yard and shat,I'd be justified in tracking its owner down and berating him for failing to keep his pet under control. So why is it that cats seem to be allowed free rein to wander at will? Ithink maybe I should invest in a possum trap.If people can't keep their poxy pets off my property,I see no treason why I shouldn't catch them and transport them to somewhere where they won't bug me.

I totally agree with everything you say, it pisses me off and my dog when he is tied up out back the cats will sit there just outta reach and basically tease them that's until I fuckin' dinged one with a pretty big rock, good way to keep them away is mothballs, boy do they hate mothballs my mom puts them in the garden to keep the little bastard from turning it into a fuckin public toilet. I mean I have no problem with the animals themselves just the owners who get mad when say their cat gets hit by a car or attacked by a dog I mean if they looked after they damn thing it wouldn't have happened now would it.

Cats are useless, one crawled up in the belts of my dads truck in the night, and in the morning, vrmmmm, bye, bye kitty... hahaha, useless cats.
Dogs on the other hand are a bit better, my dog hunts birds, so at least she serves a purpose. :iceslolan

Naki: Should realise by now.

DOGS have owners.

Cats have staff.

Cats are the worst pet anyone could own. They don't give a shit about anyone but themsleves. The do what they want. And you can't even train them to take a crap outside.

Dogs are the way to go. Two reasons:
1. They are more loyal then your own children.
2. They kill cats if trained correctly

Correction, YOU can't train a cat to take a crap outside.
My cats were BOTH trained to take a crap outside and didn't have a problem with it.

I love cats & have two myself. Snowball & Angel(well, Angel's my mum's but I still love her). Angel's a pure-bred persion & Snowball's a mutt.
Remember this dog lovers, you have to earn a cat's love while a dog will love you for the simple fact that he knows you...
Oh, I own a dog named DJ so I'm no dog hater, just prefer cats.

All pets are stupid to some extent, and some like horses must be the most idiotic pets ever. I mean what kind of asshole wastes thousands of dollars on a brainless animal instead of donating money to help starving human beings? Kind of screwed up if you ask me.

Anyway the point of the story was that Goldfish make the best pet, and the cheese-cracker varieties taste good too.

Cats are awesome. They’ve got such attitudes and that’s what makes them so neat. I’m definitely coming back as a cat. All they do is sleep and eat all day and get stroked. Who wouldn’t want a life like that!! :D

Dunno why but cats seem like that have an EVIL personality, maybe cuz they don't really show much love. When you get home your dog goes crazy right???

you know, i used to like cats. but then i met my ex, and she had 9 cats. i absolutely hated going over there. not only did the place reek of cat piss, but there was cat hair on EVERYTHING. i was afraid to eat there. cat shit on the floor was normal because the cats would be too proud to shit in a litter box used more than once. i hated nothing more than sleeping there. not only is the bed covered in hair, so your constantly breathing it in while you're trying to fall asleep, but my ex would get hot, so would turn the fan on. but of course the fan would just stir up the cat hair and fill the air with it. so i'm gaggin on the cat piss smell, choking on the cat hair, and trying to fall asleep on one of the most uncomfortable matresses i've ever laid down on. it was terrible. coming in second on the hate list, is taking a shower over there. not only are their towels too small, but the cats sleep in the laundry hamper. so you're drying yourself off with a small towel that is coated in cat hair. of couse when your'e done drying off, it is you that is covered in cat hair. forget trying to dry your face with that towel. you would suffocate.

I dated someone like that for a while, except everytime cat appears in your story add the word stray. For some reason cats would just show up at her doorstep on occasion and she'd always take them in. I think she was up to 6 of the little bastards. They never leave you alone when they want attention either. I would be asleep and wake up to a cat clawing at my eye every once in a while. You would think after you threw them across the room they would get the hint.

I don't hate cats a lot bu they're not my favorite pet, my mom had the same problem with cats crapping in ou yrad so she went and talked to the city and they gave her a trap, and she trapped the cat and tookit to the pound, my friend's mom did the same, see if u can get a trap and trap the cats.

My cat's the best. I don't so much like everyone else's cats, though. Lucky I got one who's VERY active and loves people and snuggling. The last thing I wanted was one of those lazy-ass snob cats who never move and hate people.
My cat barely sheds at all, and only in the fall/winter. She ONLY craps in her box, never anywhere else. She attacks anything that moves, which makes her very entertaining. And she's not allowed outside so as not to cause any problems for the neighbors.

I wasn't too happy to walk outside the other day to find that a neighbor cat had gone and had diarrhea all over my new hood. Lucky it washed right off and didn't eat through the paint. Damn other people's cats!

Spec2 Girl, it's probably because he/she thinks you're gonna feed 'em.No he’s just like that. Even if it’s really late at night he’ll come out all sleepy looking like he’s just woke up, but he still makes the effort. Really affectionate (the vet calls him a gentle giant. :p ). I swear that he’s the only one out of the three that misses us if we go away anywhere.

Our cat freaks out if we're gone for an hour...we come home and she meows and meows until someone sits down and pets her.
It is nice to have cats that actually appreciate their owners.

My cats love the shit out of me, much like a dog. One will sit outside my door and meow at it until i let it in, and then rub up against my leg until i pet it. The other will take a nap with me on the couch and is always affectionate.

Cats are just as good as dogs. If anything, dogs are more of the pain in the ass. You always have to take them out to the bathroom. It is almost like having a kid. Cats can take care of themselves pretty much. I like dogs as long as they are someone elses.

I like cats. I own one. The only time she gets to go outside is when she is on a leash. She's pretty good with it too. Not quite as good as the dog, but she walks by my side and will not jump the harness if she's hooked up out on the deck.

People who own pets have to be responsible regardless of the type of animal it is. Dog, cat, horse, guine pig - keep it under control or see it bbq'd.
