Hi,
I bought a '88 240 DL a few weeks ago and need to change the
antifreeze but can not find any drain on the bottom of the radiator.
Does anyone know where it is?
Thanks,
Greg

Yours probably does not have one. Just take off the bottom hose. I just change my radiator also. Mine did not have a drain either.

Loosen the block drain petcock, LH side below the Exh manifold towards the rear. It's a 13mm hex (box end wrench).

what seems to be the more expensive items to replace on a 1988 Volvo 240 GL?
