My first car love was the 3000gt.... but all i heard was that it would not drift for the car is too heavy... is there anyway to drift a 3000gt or is it a lost cause? ((btw currently looking for a AE86 Corolla GTS and training on how to drift properly.... not wanting to be a punk kid drifter))

The VR-4 is all wheel drive. You could drift it, but it requires a lot of power to get all four wheels to slip. They drift Evo's all the time. If it's non turbo, then I believe it's FWD. In which case, i'd would forget it. Either way, I would pick a different car to drift like an ae86 or a 240sx.

damn. for the longest time i thought that the 3000gt was rwd based and therefore was Mitsubushi's answer to the Skyline GTR. I guess not. No wonder why nobody ever drifts the 3000gt SL!

not to piss on anyone's fire, but those 3000gt's are the biggest POS I've seen from a jap sports car. THEY SUCK, THEY ARE VERY VERY CHEAP, and they break down a lot, I would NEVER own one.......
hell I can't even put my head out the window LOL, as stupid as some might take that, when your working on cars sometimes someone has to sit inside to test things and listen to someone else, this usually requires sticking your head out to hear anything, that damn 3000gt will give u some bumps on the skull if you try that lol, for sucha big heavy car it is god damn small, a lot smaller then a 240sx.
