To bad you can't get a closer picture - looks like either a Daihatsu or Subaru, Kei class truck. Most of these trucks are mid engined.

It looks like a drift. Those trucks are verry common here. They are definately mid engined and all are automatic from what I have seen. Where was this at?

All the Kei Trucks i have driven have been standard, we have 10 of them at my work and 4 at my buddies shop, one of them is supercharged 4WD. fun little trucks. fastest i have gone in one is 114KPH with the wind at my back, VERY SCARY.

Only 114 KPH? My Subaru 360 can almost reach that speed (if the ground is level, and there's no headwind) As I understand the engine size limit has been raised many times since the 1970's, they should be capable of a high speed than that. But what am I thinking?, who in their right mind would want to go faster than that in something so small?

Aren't those things like 3 1/2 wide. I remember seeing them on my honeymoon in the bahamas.
