its going to be hard to get bass from speakers. that probably how u blew those speakers in the first place. cranking it up to get more bass will reach the mechanical limits and next thing u know, its blown. on the other hand it could be that the amp was clipping and sent too much power to the speakers. anyways..
CDT audio 6.5" Classic series- $149.99 SHIPPED
http://thezeb.com/caraudio/specials_speakers.html
Crystal mobilesound 6x9" CXe693- $210+shipping
http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/CRYCXE693
Rockford Fosgate 700x-$249.99 SHIPPED
http://thezeb.com/caraudio/rockfordfosgateamps.html#power_amps
that totals out to about 615 shipped or so. the amp is very nice and usually goes for over $400. its rated at 87.5x4@4ohm but like other rockford amps, they are a tad underrated so u might expect about 100 watts RMS per channel which is enough to push them to their potential and even more. becareful with them though. too much power will blow them.
later on u can use this amp to push subwoofers too. they are rated 350x2@4ohm mono. again underrated so about 400 watts per bridged channel. thats enough to push almost any sub out there.
all the 3 things listed have full manufactor warranty (2-years on the amp, 2-years on crystal speakers)
thats what i would get if i was in the same situation

Personally I think you are nuts trying to use just simple speakers for mega bass. Why don't you just save up a little more and invest in a small woofer or something to that affect? JL makes a nice 500/5 AMP that will power all 4 speakers and sub woofer(s). You can get some nice bass out of speakers, but the life of the speaker will go down drastically. Plus there is no way any normal 6x9 will ever be able to hit the lows from even a 10in woofer. The last problem you have to deal with is distortion, you will have a lot of distortion coming from your speakers if you try to run them too loud with too low of a frequency.
This is my personal opinion on the matter. You would be better off getting an AMP and woofer and replacing your speakers than just putting an AMP to your speakers and trying to get bass out of them. The AMP to the speakers would be great if you were going for mids and highs, and then add an AMP and woofer for your bass.
As I always tell my friends, better to save up and do it right than have to keep shelling out money for replacements or upgrades later. The end result of money well spent is worth it all!
Like I said just my opinion...

well i don't want or expect knocj\king bass from just the regular speakers, i want to get sound similar to those boss systems in high end cars. i had a system in my car but it got stolen, i am saving up for 1 jl 12w7 and the jbl 1200.1 amp. but right now i need my regular speakers.

DAMN, got me wishing I had some more money, but I couldn't get the box in my car that I would want with a system like that. I got to give you props on taste, that will bump.
As for the speaker thing, well I will ask you this, do you care about lean audio? Because truly you are going to need some high end speakers to be able to pump out highs and mids to match the bass you will be giving out.
Just wondering, because if you are going to buy these speakers and keep them when you drop in the JL woofer and sub, then you should be out looking for something high end of the mids and highs and not worry about it pumping out bass. Because pushing low sounds through just speakers is going to make the speakers soudn rough after awhile, especially putting an AMP on them, or adding more power to them later even.
Though if you are going to buy speakers and then replace them later whenever you put your woofer in, then just get anything that would do the job would be my opinion. But in that case I would still say why not buy high end speakers and a cheap woofer and AMP. Or just buy a cheap woofer and AMP, stick with stock until you get enough money for the really nice stuff.
I've pieced my system together, and now that it's moving cars, I got to do the same thing again. But as I always say, might as well do it right the first time through rather than getting cheap stuff and then just spending more money on better stuff later.
Just a thought..
