Help with Airbag Warning Light -- No A.C.

I hope someone can help me with this:
Recently, my Airbag warning light has been coming on when I start my car, momentarily goes off for a few seconds, then returns at a steady illumination. Meanwhile, my A.C./Heater is completely non-functional (no blower motor) and the rear defroster is rendered inoperable. Fusebox's fuses all checked out OK.
Maybe the warning light is on the same electrical circuit as the blower component, or on the same breaker, fuselinked wire, electronic relay, if applicable.
I'm not sure if the airbag should be "dealer" serviced (as a last resort) or if maybe there is something else that can be done before I consider the last resort.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated -- Thanks.

if all those problems happened at the same time, replace the ignition switch. the electrical part of it.
