illegal smog shops in la area?

anyone in the la area know of a smog shop that will pass a motor like a b16a from japan.. i really need a smog shop that will just sign me off and make something up showing that i passed a smog test ive heard of shops that do it but cant find any so far around here becaue i just moved up here can someone please help me out thanks.....
