'99 Grand Am Muffler Problem

I have a '99 Grand Am and I started hearing a noise coming from the exhaust. Turns out that the resignator right behind the converter was rattling inside. Sounded like BB's rolling around inside it. I just had the resignator removed and a straight pipe welded in place of it. Now I can hear another noise coming from the muffler itself. When I turn off the ignition, I get a rattling noise from inside the muffler itself. Sounds almost like a baffle came loose inside. It's not the metal shroud covering the muffler, but something inside the muffler itself. Does anyone make an aftermarket replacement muffler and resignator for this car? Thanks! Bill

SLP and BORLA both make bolt on replacements for the catback exhaust portion of your car...
