Hi. I live in Canada, and there is no EVO 8 available in Canada. So If I went to States, can I get a Evo 8 in Mitsubishi Deals? or I have to pre-order the car?

Have you talked to any mitsu dealers close to our borders that might ship one for you?
do you have any family that are residents in the US? or someone you could trust? then you could co-sign, im not sure if that would help with importing the vehicle though,
the only thing that i can think of that might work against you is some kind of import tax. besides aren't our safety standards very similar?

well since the US/Canada border spans an entire continent...we need more details.....although imo i would just come in person over to the nearest big city and go to a mitsu dealership.....this way you can argue over the price with them and see the car for yourself.....
