yeah hayashi's are sweet.... actually my friend has the long champs now... i just kinda "borrowed" it from him for a bit... hehehe. you can find a lot of wheels for sale if you go to the for sale section of club4ag.com. everyone selling from mesh wheels, to xr4's, te37's... rare mk's and more...

it's true. i wade through there every once in a while to see if there's anything good for sale, and there's usually at least one good set of wheels up at any given time. also, jspec.com obviousley has mad good wheels. i want his Regamaster EVO's that he's selling right now SO BADLY! my dream wheels...
i love Hayashi Streets on AE86's. if you go for a set, get the super deep-dish ones. they look the sexiest. :icon16:
oh, and :ylsuper: to UEO's car. sooo sexy.

do you know how rare and expensive Regamaster's are? i don't blame him at all for wanting to interview the new buyer. imagine selling those to some ricer fag that doesn't know his ass from his elbow and wants to buy those wheels to put on his show Civic (even though they wouldn't fit).
btw, AE86*DRIFTER - i didn't notice you were from Toronto too. welcome, fellow Canuck! if you ever want to talk drifting with me, hit me up with a PM. i can also hook you up with my friend that owns 3 AE86's.

So freakin what. If you knew what JSPEC was like..Ill tell you over MSN sometime.
I just think its fundamentally BS to need an interview to get the privalege to buy something. Just DONT advertise and only send the word out to a select few.

knock-offs. that's exactly the point. knock-offs are shit compared to the real deal. Derek, you saw the fake Rega's that Micheal's 240 had. they were Kosei's. looked alright, but nothing NEAR as sexy as the real wheels.
if i lived in So-Cal, i'd be first in line to interview for those wheels, dammit.
yuck fou, that's just the way i am. :thefinger that's how much i love those wheels.

Dude I KNOW those wheels are hot, its just on principle, the fact I need to be interviewed. WHats he gonna ask? "Uh...so...how many items have u bought from JSPEC" "Uhhh....Whats the JDM engine in a 240SX"
Id shell out the cash in a sec, but wtf, honestly, I dont know if anyone else would bother

interviewing to make sure the person buying it is a true enthusiast. i dunno. if i had a set of Rega's and decided to sell them for some totally unknown reason, i'd have to meet the guy first.

not really...i mean, if you were selling something privatley, you'd meet probably meet every single person who thought of buying it, unless you decided to ship it off. me personally, if it was something rare like that, i would only sell it locally to someone that i could meet and talk to face to face. that's just me and that's just him. nothing wrong with the principle. people have different principles.

But the difference is, J SPEC is an e-commerce company. Theryre in the bussiness of seling rare stuff via the net, where you cant meet face to face.
In Yiddish, theres a word, chutzpah, it means you have...nerve I guess.
You could say he has alot of chutzpah for demanding an interview for buyers.
Sorry for using Yiddish, but its the only word I could think of without resorting to swearing/foul language

i think you're blowing it out of proportion. when he get's ahold of a rare item that he likes and knows he'll never see again, he usually keeps it and uses it for himself. if he had to sell something THAT rare that he loved SO much, i really can't blame him for wanting an interview. it's not really an interview interview where he sits you down and asks you questions. i bet he just wants to meet the guy and make sure the wheels are going to a good home, that's all.
