Hi,

how to proceed with the front brake problem?

Brake calibers are ok, every parts are renewed(cylinders checked and rubber things renewed as well as caliber rubber and bolt things). Also the brake rubber hoses and brake fluid changed.

Still, the disks and also the wheels are heating too much, like the brake bads are not coming off from the disks as should. Buick has stayed in the garage about ten years and now driven about 20 miles.

What next to check and do to cure the problem?

You say calipers are good. Did you pull the caliper pins and clean them up and apply brake grease? And a full system bleed?

Yes, the pins pulled and cleaned and also lubricater Also other things related to the calipers are cleaned and lubricated. Seems that the caliber is moving free.

The full brake fluid change done.

Considering everything you have replaced:
Only things I can think of is Master cylinder over filled or bad and not releasing the brakes.

Thanks for answer again!

I think the master cylinder is not overfilled, because the brake fluid is coming out from the master cylinder cap if overfilled, dont know . I will check the situation anyway.

One possibly problem, which I have not told before is, that the brake bedal after braking is not coming back so quickly is it should, I am not so sure for that.

Maybe the brake pedal joint needs some lubricant, but I feel , that this thing can not cause the main problem???

Thanks!

The brake fluid has to have a place to go after you brake. Back into the Master cylinder.

Hi,

I checked the brake fluid level in the master cylinder resevoir. Level is about half inches(a little bit over 10 millimeters below the max line. So, that is not the problem an not also the brake pedal joint.

As you had a hint before, the problem is in the master cylinder. Also in my mind.

Thanks for your adivices, letīs see what I find! Im going back soon!
