99 Accord EX ULEV L4

I am looking for recommendations for tune up parts. plugs/wires. I'd like to know a decent brand and also if they must be "ULEV"? It seems to me they might be different from "federal emissions" wires. I know genuine Honda Parts are recommended by the manufacturer but the age of my car and mileage does not make Honda parts cost effective.
