Mazda 6 vs Pontiac G6

Hello. I'm currently torn between a pontiac G6 with 140k on it. Has no issues according to its owner sells for $3100.

"The other car is a 2007 Mazda 6 with 194k for $2800. The owner emailed me the following There is a rip in the right passenger tint.
The tpm needs to be replaced the light is on even though there is no issue with the tires so if that bothers you then that needs to be changed but I have left it for a while cause it's not really an issue. And lastly is there is sometimes a clicking when I turn left I think an all joint needs to be replaced but these are not safety issues just really up to you if it bothers you or not. I have lowered the price taking these into consideration. I have maintained the car regularly, oil changes ever 5k. Also I have all the receipts for all the work I've done overthe years "

I hear mazda is generally better and more reliable. But does the milage cancel that out? Also is it easy to get parts for pontiacs ? If anyone has info or input on this I'd appreciate it Thanks.
