2009 Silverado HID or LED headlight conversion upgrade?

I have a 2009 Silverado and I'm looking to upgrade from the stock headlights. I have done the Silverstar Ultra bulbs and they work well but I would like to go HID or LED. What companies are the best quality and which ones are easier on the wallet, lol.
