I have a 2006 Honda accord that is lowered by after market springs and I would like to get stock springs put back in to raise the car to normal height. I am looking to see how much they would cost.

It'll be about $300-400 for each corner, if you buy brand new, for the whole shock/spring assembly. It won't actually be too much cheaper to just buy springs new, like $70-100 less each corner.
I'd highly recommend checking out a local car junk yard, and buy used. Maybe even check your local Craigslist site, Honda Facebook group, etc, and see if someone already has them taken off a car and for sale. I can't say that prices will be comparably where you are, but my local auto pull place has them for $17 each, but you have to pull them yourself. Expect to pay a lot more than that from a private seller (maybe $150-250 ?).
Of course, none of this includes labor.

When I used to have a Honda way back in 2004, it cost me $200 to have the stock springs put back. That was really a long time ago.
