First recall on my 2011 Malibu

Just received the first recall on my 2011 Malibu - #13036 a brake lamp malfunction. Interesting thing is that I replaced the bulb just 14 days ago. But it could be a bit bigger issue than just that.

It's not a bulb issue. They add some dielectric grease to two connectors, add a harness support, secure some wires and relearn the BPP sensor.

Yes, I know about the recalls. Just saying it was my first. And I'm not sure I want the service department to monkey with the car. Often as not it could create problems where there were none, and then I'd be euchred.
