I discovered this while surfing on the Internet...
On the picture attached you are able to see two discs one in silver and the other in red... These are fake disc-brakes, yes you read it right these are fake disc-brakes... you just stick em' on to the bell and it looks like if you have a disc-brake instead of a bell :)

It would appear that he is from Turkey. At least I assumed that due to his home page having the .tr at the end.
I got the error message also, always do for the click-type images. I've seen the wheel covers that have the fake disc between the inside plastic and the outside plastic. I do get a good laugh out of 'em!
