where to do a/t to manual swap?

does anyone know a good place in cali to do a auto to manual tranny swap? Preffer central cali but what ever advice would be grately appreciated and price if passible (ballpark). Oh its a 00 civic ex (d16y8)

If you have friends who are mechanically inclined, then you can swap it out yourself. Honda transmissions are very light compared to other cars making it fairly easy. If you haven't done it before, grab a haynes or chilton manual and look at the diagrams. With a couple of people its not all that difficult. (and much much cheaper than having a shop do it.)
