2009 Grand Caravan front end grinding noise

Back in June I replaced all 4 brakes and rotors. Now all of sudden I hear a loud grinding noise in the front end only when I'm braking to a complete stop.
I took all 4 tires off and then took off the pads. The pads and rotors are all still brand new and have very minor normal wear. Also the calipers still look good.
I then put everything back together and went for a test drive. The grinding noise is still there. It's very loud and only when I come to a complete stop.
Does anyone have a clue on what this could be?

Did you lube the caliber slider pins? Sounds like stuck/frozen.

Yes.. that's one of the first things I checked. I'm really surprised at this. Very confused.

So the noise just started all the sudden? When you took it apart did you notice any marks where wear or rubbing was occurring?

My wife told me the noise started about three days ago.. So I took the van for a ride and it sounded just like metal on metal when your pads get worn.
I then took everything apart. No groves or anything. The pads and rotors look excellant. They have only been on the truck for 4 months.
