Nissan Fuga 2006 250XV cd stereo

I recently purchased a Nissan Fuga 2006 250XV the same unit as a Infiniti M45. However my cd stereo isn't working so I need help in replacing the unit with the exact unit or a similar unit once it a work in this car. It's a Clarion PN-2713BA with a Nissan # 28185 EG000. If a usb / ipod drive can use as a replacement then I would appreciate it much. Please help ASAP.
