Need help with Sunroof leak

I have a 2005 Quad Cab with Sunroof. I have some water dripping out of the screw covers on the A pillar covers. This only happens after a torrential rain or a power carwash. I pulled the cover and found the drain tube running down the pillar (a blue plastic flex tube) but can't find the outlet or the inlet. Thinking about just cutting it and blowing air both ways , and then repairing the tube, any better ideas?
