I have an 03 T&C that no longer blows air/vent/ac at any speed. It used to blow on high only but now that just stopped. Is there a way I can troubleshoot this? I don't know if it's a switch or relay or what.
Thanks

It could be your resistor. Check out this post from Freedomtech:

Your 03 is pretty much the same as the 06.
Good luck.

I had this same problem last winter. First, make sure to check/change your cabin filter. Oh yea, there is a cabin filter located under the glove box. I discovered this when removing the glove box to remove and check the resistor pack. The filter was totally plugged (after 13 years, yuck). I think this contributed to a lack of air flow and ultimate failure of the resistor pack. Not sure about cause and effect, but the blower motor was shot too. I actually replaced the motor first only to discover the resistor was shot. You'll want to do your homework on motor replacement if you go that route. Plenty of posts, youtube videos, etc... on that. It is very difficult to do without breaking something. It will test our patience.

Ok thanks. Believe it or not, this van doesn't have a cabin filter. I even bought a filter a few years ago just to find out there is no access under the glove box.

Maybe all models don't have the filter then. I only saw mine when I removed the resistor pack and shined a flashlight in the hole (down and to the left). The "door" for the filter almost sits under the center console going straight up. It's about 1.5 inches wide and 10 inches long. It just clips on. My filter was so plugged I had to practically rip it out. I also had to slightly bend the new one to get it back in because the floor gets in the way. Let us know what you find out about the blower. Good Luck.

Auto or manual temp control? Rear blower working? Blower fuse good? Remove the front blower motor relay in the IPM (fuse box) and jumper pins 30 and 87 on the now empty relay socket. The blower should spin immediately with your keys in your pocket.

Manual temp control. Rear fan working. Fuse is good.
I jumped 30-87 and got nothing. What does this mean?

Duh. Forgot to say turn the blower switch to high...or did you. That provides the ground.
If it still doesn't spin get your meter out and check for 12vdc at pin 1 (black wire) on the blower motor connector. If it's there and you have good continuity on pin 2 (dk green wire) to ground with the switch on high, your motor is toast. No meter? Cut to the chase by jumping power from the battery to pin 1 on the motor. You'll have to ground pin 2. Be careful - fireworks potential.
