Intermittent Turn Signal issue solved!

I decided to take a crack at fixing my intermittent turn signals. What we found was the terminal connector that connects to the turn signal lever was cracked, and there was no pin retention for the wires going into it. The back of the connector (where the wires go in) is covered w/ a plastic cover, and the connector is secured to the turn signal lever with a single 9/32” bolt. With the plastic cover removed and while tightening the bolt, we could see the pins on the turn signal lever were pushing the wires out of the terminal connector. I used a small flat blade screwdriver to push the pins back into the connector. Problem solved!

Nice work. Thanks for the info. Any day you can fix it at home and keep it out of the clutches of a dealership is a good day.
