Silly Question re: Spark Plug Wires

I have a 2000 Chevrolet Venture, with a 3.4L motor. You guys may remember that in early February, I had a problem with my Fuel Pressure Regulator. What I didn't mention, was that in the process of R&R'ing it, I nicked a spark plug wire with a screwdriver. :loser:

The wires are relatively new (about a year old). So rather than replace it, I slid a 1" piece of rubber fuel line hose overtop the puncture. Then I wrapped 3M vinyl electrical tape around it. It worked great! Until a couple days ago, when I noticed the van bucking under load. It still idled good. Well, I finally took a few moments to pop the hood. I figured that a good place to start would be in the areas that I 'messed around with' last. (To be honest, I forgot all about the spark plug wire.) My eye went right to that wrapped-up wire. It was dark out, so I turned off the trouble light and started the car. Nothing. But then I revved the motor, and arcing is definitely occurring.

So... my long-winded question is: Does someone sell individual spark plug wires, OEM length and correct boots on both ends? Or do I need to buy an entire set, just to get one? Like I said, this set is fairly new (AC Delco, 7mm.) I only need a wire for Cylinder #4.

BTW, I don't have a crimp tool to make my own.

You can get individual wires from a dealer, just tell them you need the wire for #4.
