Brake calipers. Where to find them...

What are the best kits to find the coolest brake calipers? The intention is to make copies.

And I´m meaning coolest brake calipers to use in ProTouring projects for instance. So, I believe that kits such as Revell´s Corvette C6R, MFH´s AM DBR9, any GT competition car kit shall have good ones, huh?

Well Hobby Design makes some pretty nice brake calipers.

Hobby designs, and SMSs are nice because they have the middle cut out for the rotors. Most brakes in kits are part of the rotor so you would have to cut them in half, or cut out the middle for the rotor. There are a few couple more companies that make them, you just have to search around.

a bit expencive for only calipers...but they are nice

The Crazy Modeler set is nice. But the baddest calipers are the hobbe design hands down. They are HUGE! I use them as much as I can.
