Hissing sound coming from brake pedal

I have a Lincoln Navigator 2006 today I heard a hissing sound coming from the brake pedal when it is released.
Hopefully it's nothing too expensive it doesn't stop.
Please tell me what it is and maybe a simple instruction to replace?
