Hello I'm having troubles with my Blazer it has been spitting, lack of power, and bad gas smell from exhaust. I have recently replaced spark plugs, cap/rotor, idle air control valve, and fuel injector return lines any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

What engine and engine code and Blazer size?
Why was fuel injector return line replaced?

What is the fuel pressure reading?
What is idle vacuum reading and at 2K RPM and steady gage or flopping.
Good Ac delco plugs and dist cap and rotor?
Did you cross any plug wires?
Any check engine lights or codes or code no?

Does it idle good?
When does it start spitting idle or acceleration?

It is a 95 chevy blazer LT S-10. Don't have any diagnostic tools to run those kind of tests. The spark plug wires are all in proper firing order with new plugs and distributor cap/rotor. The supply and return lines where replaced because they had cracks which were spitting fuel into the plenum, which is now fixed it is a type w motor the spyder fuel injector. The diagnostic codes are as follows po300 misfire.

You also forgot to tell us if you used ac delco plugs and dist cap and rotor.
A fuel pressure gaauge can be rented or borrowed or bought.
Some parts place loan or rent tools.

A vacuum gage is very in expesive and will give you a lot of info on engine running.

Will show miss and late timing and low vacuum and pluged exhaust.

We need fuel pressure and vacuum readings tom help you any more.
Is idle good or rough?
When does it start acting up idle or giving it gas or on road?

Yes they are new ac delcos. As far as idle goes it is rough all the time from startup to driving. I will get back with you on the readings.

Cap and rotor to?
Need fuel pressure and vacuum gage readings.

Rough idle all time check for what cylinders are missing.
If any certain cylinders Confirm good spark to them and good compression.
Any other codes besides miss fire code?
Double check firing order out of cap.
Ckeck EGR valve and fuel pressure regulator as NHRA metioned in upper post.
A EGR valve stuck open or a carbon ball under plunger will cause problems like yours.

Like MT 2500 said, we really need the fuel pressure readings to help you further. When was the last time the fuel pressure regulator replaced? Fuel pump ever been changed? The FPR located on the left side of the injector spider under the upper intake. The upper intake can be removed fairly easily to check visually. If one side is clean, most likely thats where your leak is. PO300 is for multiple misfires. The truck running overly rich could be at least part of that problem.

I just had a problem last night while washing the mud off my 95 that seemed a lot like what you're experiencing. Check your coil wire. And the coil itself.
Mine came loose from washing the engine bay and it was acting just like you described.
I would think a worn out wire could act the same way. Or a faulty coil possibly.
don't buy any parts till you know the problem though.
