I am installing a Crimestopper SP-300 on a 1992 Chevy Blazer. I hooked up everything but when i tried to program the two remotes with the override/program button, by pressing it 4 times, nothing happens. But when i pressed it 5 times, the siren went off 5 times and the LED light stayed on solid. Whats wrong please help me...

I do Crimestoppers all the time-- just put a SP 400 on last week.
First off- why do you want to program the remotes? They come from the factory already programmed... You should hear clicking inside the brain box whenever a lock or unlock command is triggered on either remote---right out of the box with no programming.
Is your antennae mounted and plugged in properly?
Also, I have learned that the speed in which you enter the 4 switch inputs (to enter program mode) is detrimental. Try going faster or slower when entering the 4 switch inputs- then wait for red lite to come on. Usually fairly rapid- like 1 push every half second works for me...
