ABS light

00 A4 Quatro. Recently my brake light and ABS light come on together randomly. Then they go back out after a little while. Any thoughts ?

Clean your wheel speed sensors + connections.

If that does not help you may have a possible bad ABS control module. I believe this was a common issue with these vehicles. I suggest having someone scan the computer and check your codes. If this module is bad it is pretty expensive to fix, about $1500 I believe. :mad:

Can I get a little more information on cleaning sensors ? Are they mounted near the calipers ? Are they obvious when you pull the wheels ? Thanks Clean your wheel speed sensors + connections.
