Thought some of you might like some pics comparing the MFH and Fisher bodies on the 917LH. They both are close, but there are some subtle differences, most notably the little bit of extra length in the MFH body.

I am in awe over the MFH kit, but Fisher's is the best bang for the buck if a curbside will do. The MFH is definitely not for anyone but the most advanced modelers.

Fisher tried to make the nose look too pretty. The Hiro im sure is not perfect either, but both are very nice. Now if one of them would do a 917/10 that would be great.

According to Wingrove, "Porsche 917-The undercover story", the 1970 LH's were 4,660mm long. My MFH #3 car scales up to about 4896 so it's probably a little long...still a NICE MODEL!
What does the rest of the Fisher kit include?

Here's a link to the rest of the contects in the Fisher kit along with instructions. As for the decals, I will post a pic of both decal sets in a day or so.

That's what I was expecting.
They use CAD and advanced 3D printing technologies but still can't get right basic stuff like full length of a model.
