1/24 Tamiya Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (R34) After taking almost 18 months off from modeling this is the kit that got me all keen again to start building. The kit itself is another fine piece of craftsmanship from the Tamiya house. Very little mold and seem lines. Very easy to make. Most of the time spent is waiting for the body to dry. The whole kit was primed with the body having several coats of primmer before the final finishing with top coats of Tamiya TS-50. Was lightly sanded with 2000 grit paper then rubbing compound and polish to give it a mirror finish. Model was built straight from the box with no extras added even though a little lowering would look good. Interior is a nice mix of different colors which are molded very well. One of my favorite street cars of my collection now. Back
