1/24 Tamiya Nissan 300ZX This was my first model ever, a Tamiya 300ZX. It was originally yellow but ugly looking so I stripped the body and decided to try a "candy" paint job. I sprayed the body with plastikote primer/Bumper chrome, then I sprayed Tamiya Transparent Blue acrylic with my airbrush over the chrome. The result is what you see. The paint job shines very nice but because its acrylic it's fragile to the touch and chips easily. I plan to build a 300ZX convertible done in Tamiya Transparent Red in the near future. Back
