f20 2.2cl help

i have a 2.2cl 97 with a f20b with a t3 turbo 35mm wastegate and some other goodied i used the obd2 computer out of the 2.2 and tweaked it was woking good the all this odd stuff started happining and now i have a problum that i cant fix when i drive the car for a while the tac speedo and all the lights inside and out go dim the like a bad alternator the car slow starts to spudder and act odd then dies but the alternatoe is good had it tested also now it wont rev past 5300 well if any one can help email me at boosting27psi@yahoo.com

have you pulled the codes? when you say it all dims, then the car dies. you have to put it on a charger for a while before you can start it up and drive it again right? if so, then the alternator isnt charging. because a bad battery would lose a charge while sitting and not start the car up after sitting for a while, but when your driving the alternator powers what your using and even gives excess which is how it keeps the battery charged.

yea the lights dim when it runs for a while like all of a sudden and then it dies so yes the alternator is not doing its job would anyone know why thats my question and i ve checked fuses and the relay it all is good also why wont it rev past 5500 anything els you need just ask

pull the codes. ive never had any kind of fuel cut at 5500, but ive had a sensor in my dist. go bad and my fuel cut was at 3500 until that problem was taken care of.

also, the reason it doesnt work is the alternator is no good. I had the one in my truck stop charging, and I actually have a voltage guage in my truck so I know what voltage everythings at. old one stopped showing 13+ and just showed 11 something and kept dropping because it wasnt charging, took it onto checkers and got a new one, but my old one tested fine. put the new one on and guage was back in the 13-14 range.

also, not to sound like a dick, but you got a 2.2cl with a f20b in it. and you are pushing 27lbs of boost running a stock ecu?

got any pics of this setup? or is this not the car thats "boosting27psi". because im pretty sure a cheap thing like a rising rate fuel pressure modifier isnt gonna cut it when trying to put 27lbs into an engine with 10.4:1 compression (assuming you didnt lower it)

yea ill get some pix up and no my 84 320i is boosting 27psi it has a 5 series motor in it with a pt67 and some home milled and machined parts i dont play with hondas but my beemer has killed all the little yellow rice cars around here so time to do it in a honda because everyone i know is anti honda ive had freinds go on rides and go man this things quick and its all stock and do any of youall know what one of the f20s with the f20 tranny tops out and 5th seems kinda crazy like 120is 4800 i have wound it past 8000
