honda crx help

hi i have a 90 crx with a b16a block and gsr head with civic type r internals and skunk 2 cams, i bought the car from a friend before he moved away, anyway the car starts fine when warm idles at 900-1000 rpms when cold idles at 1500-2000 the throttle control valve needs to be replaced, because the rpms jump sometimes at idle when warm the cars vtec dosent really work it goes in at 5500 but then kinda bogs or vtec dosent work i dunno but it just dosent sound feel rite its jittery and the rpms dont go up smoothly, when cold the car works fine. im sorry if my post is a lil weird this is my first time posting on a forum
