Need Help To Swap B20 Into 96 Integra!!!!!!!!1

hey people i have a 96 integra and i wanna put a 97 crv b20b i was told that all i have to do id change the distributor,intake manifold,alternator??...is tthis true if not can anyone help me out plz!!!
