b16a clutch/tranny problems

My b16 tranny has a little problem. I think in might be the throw-out/release bearing, you guys tell me what you think before I drop the tranny and change something unecessary.

when the car is absolutely cold, I can start it in 1st gear with clutch pedal all the way in and on flat ground the car will pull forward slowly like the clutch isn't fully dis-engaged. It is also hard to pull out of gear when I do this.

If I start it in neutral, it doesn't want to go into any gear without some pretty good force until the car is warm it seems like.

Also sitting at a light, if I am in nuetral, it doesn't like to go into gear at first without force, then once pushed into one gear, it will go through all of them like butter until I put in back into nuetral position and let out on the clutch pedal.

It will also go into first perfectly as long as I'm slightly rolling.

It seems to act better when the car is completely warm.

Throw-out bearing? Bent clutch fork? Anyone know. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Try changing out the tranny fluid first.
