Peace the_prince 09-24-2002, 04:05 PM Hey, do u know how i can get my car converted to lambo style doors Gusto222 09-25-2002, 08:26 PM bump gnushit 09-26-2002, 09:41 PM the lambo style doors look tight on ANY car. it's hell of a lot easier to get out of also. i just noticed a big ass dent on my car and it looks like someone slammed it with their door  damn asshole. i think all cars from now on should be modeled off the lambo style, so people won't be bumping their car doors on other people's car. does anyone have lambo style doors on their cars? how reliable/durable are those doors? http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/446610lamborginiintegra.jpg compwc18 09-26-2002, 10:13 PM I have never talked to anybody who has the doors, there is a website for the doors though... I cant remember what it is... But they will answer all your qustions. Can anybody help me find the website??? kicker1_solo 09-27-2002, 12:55 AM wagsaccordsir 09-27-2002, 06:26 AM Isnt the kit like 1500 bucks or so?? SilverLotus340R 09-29-2002, 03:52 PM those flip forward doors always amazed me ..they look so cool..and they never look like they are connected to the car...hum... kicker1_solo 09-29-2002, 06:23 PM Originally posted by SilverLotus340R those flip forward doors always amazed me ..they look so cool..and they never look like they are connected to the car...hum... agreed, the sweetest looking doors I've ever seen. :) gotetnies 10-07-2002, 05:39 PM Yeah the Lambo door kit is offered at www.decah.net for about $1800 or so,... The test subject is a green Civic, and it is funny cause I went to the site not knowing what to expect, and there is not much there to see... The site itself looks like there is no-one working/promoting there shit!!! Hell if I worked there I would be promoting that shit all over town. Anyway check the site out,... I think it is a WICKED concept (in general). Imagine, if honda/acura started throwing those Lambo doors on all of there cars,..... (Ok well maybe not all of them) but you get the idea... Brian Ohh by the way, I thought the site was cool cause I was wondering what the kit would look like on my car, and the test subject happens to be a 98' green civic,....... kinda cool I guess.....:sun: mikey_944 10-09-2002, 12:41 AM I have an '84 Porsche 944 that I am restoring into a show car. My only problem is the doors. I am converting the doors into a new style and need input. My biggest desire is to convert them into "gullwing" doors. However, anybody who knows anything about 944s and gullwing doors (hey, that rhymes) would know that the moonroof gets in the way. So, my next two choices are "flip forward" or "lambo" style doors. Another questions remains... does anybody have a photo of a 944 with different style doors? Does it even exist? Let's see it! Anybody know of any people/places that might sell kits THAT FIT A 944? I might have to do it myself. - Mikey Here is my car now! CustomWhips 10-14-2002, 12:26 AM i need some gull wing style doors like the last 3 cars...... Gusto222 10-25-2002, 09:59 AM http://www.sromagazine.com/models/importmodels/a-f/cara/civic_E1B.jpg just wanted to post this pic aswell-- i have it posted on www.superhonda.com ~ enjoy! gnushit 10-26-2002, 04:06 AM the car's cool, and the girl is ok. she needs a new face, her face looks like a drag queen. gotetnies 10-29-2002, 03:13 AM So I am still wondering how you can make your doors into "LAMBO" -yes I called it Lambo now get over it!!!- I was in AutoZone the other day checking out the Long shock section (trunck opener shocks and such) and found one that could take up to 15 pounds, given my Honda door weighs Probably more than 15 freakin' pound, but I was wondering if it could be done??? I mean with the right gear and know-how anyone,.... well almost anyone could make it work... Now I know there is a guy in AF that has already tried (and you guys shot his ideas down) :finger: but I want it done, and not for 1200 to 1500 bucks from www.decah.net . I don't know about you guys, but I don't have that kind of money to be forkin' out. Anyway if anyone knows any web address' please post them on this thread, I would think we would all apreciate it. Any sites containing knowledge, blueprints, whatever is needed to make it work from a Lamborgihni,..... Thanks, Brian Gusto222 11-25-2002, 10:59 PM bump! auto4life 11-27-2002, 05:39 PM I can't believe you guys brought this up at this time!! Just today I was talking to my brother about doing this conversion on my car and his.
