2 questions: 1 my seatbelt won’t stop ringing. 2 my Jeep failed emissions had the o2 sensors replaced and still not going thru any thoughts?

But here’s my problems : my seatbelt ringing doesn’t stop
My Jeep 2006 failed emissions and had the items replaced ( o2 senors replaced)
And ran a fixit on it and it’s still telling me there’s a issue
Any thoughts

By "seatbelt won't stop ringing", do you mean that even though it is fastened and you're alone in the behicle, the dash warning is still going off?

And what does "still not going through" mean?
