02 grand cherokee over heating

I have 2002 grand cherokee that has been over heating. I changed the fan cause it quick working and made sure it kicks on when hot. But still over heating. Anyone have any ideas. I also changed the thermostat.

Was the coolant low when you changed out the thermostat?
May still have trapped air, rad cap, water pump or radiator.

We flushed the whole system and re filled everything

Try putting a floor jack under the front and raise the front end. Let the vehicle idle with the radiator cap off. Watch for a good flow with no bubbles. Look for blockage in the radiator. If this doesn't work get a loaner pressure tester put around 10 to 12 psi on the system while running. If the gauge pulsates you have a blown head gasket.
